In 2023, Alessandro Borelli, son of Maurizio, embarked on an evolutionary and innovative journey for the 40th anniversary of the company, developing a line of bags and accessories designed for lovers of handcrafted products who also appreciate practicality and contemporary design.

The Stilema Milano collection lives in the company’s digital store, created specifically for this new phase in the history of the company and the Borelli family.

The products designed and offered directly to the end customer have involved an important re-branding and positioning effort, but also represent a fantastic adventure in the collaboration and succession of the two generations (father and son) in comparison.
This journey is made possible thanks to the fundamental and invaluable support of Maurizio, as well as Alessandro's experience accumulated over more than 15 years in the company.

Today, Stilema continues to maintain large-scale industrial production activities (B2B), while evolving its brand on the B2C side under the new form "Stilema Milano". The intervention on the brand is subtle and measured, also to enhance the long company experience: evolution and continuity. It is a symbol of what we believe collaboration and synergy between successive generations should be: we believe the new online adventure is only possible thanks to the incredible forty years of development and industrial production experience of the company, but also from the skills and expertise it gains from its evolution towards new channels and markets.
