The following Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Stilema Milano collection products. Stilema S.R.L. is the exclusive seller and operates through the website www.stilema.com. By making a purchase, the customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Product Availability
Products are available unless marked as "Out of Stock." We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing or availability errors.
Colors and Materials
Product colors may vary depending on monitor settings. As products are handmade, slight variations in color and texture may occur. These are not considered defects but unique features.

Warranty and Claims
Stilema offers a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects. To report a defect, contact us via email or WhatsApp, and return the item. If the claim is valid, the item will be either refunded or replaced.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, wars, natural disasters), Stilema is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by European Union laws. In case of disputes, the competent jurisdiction will be the one specified by the European Union's consumer protection laws.
Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform
The European Commission has introduced an online platform for alternative dispute resolution, which facilitates the out-of-court settlement of disputes related to and arising from online sales and service contracts.
Therefore, any European Consumer or a resident of Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein may use this platform to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded online. The platform is available here.
Please note that as of March 20, 2025, it will no longer be possible to submit new complaints through the platform, but it will remain accessible until July 19, 2025, for complaints submitted before March 20, 2025. The platform will be discontinued starting July 20, 2025, following the adoption of EU Regulation 2024/3228.
