Shipping of Your Package
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days of payment receipt via express courier with no signature required. Customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their package online. Shipping is free of charge.
Estimated delivery times: 1–3 business days within Italy; 2–3 business days within EU countries.
Timely delivery depends on the courier’s adherence to their daily delivery schedule. Please use our estimated shipping times as a reference only.
Stilema.com is not responsible for delays caused by couriers. All delivery estimates are based on business days. Some countries may experience longer shipping times due to potential congestion. Please note that certain countries, remote cities, or islands may have extended delivery times.
Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases
The right of withdrawal for online purchases is regulated by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day the consumer receives the goods (or, in the case of multiple items, on the day of the last delivery).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear statement to the seller, such as via email or WhatsApp message, and Stilema will provide a PDF with the corresponding label to be applied to the package for shipping via email, unless otherwise stated. The customer will only need to arrange for the pickup.
Stilema commits to refunding all payments received, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method the consumer used unless otherwise agreed.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are covered by Stilema, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until the seller has received the returned goods, as provided by Directive 2011/83/EU.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including: customized or made-to-order items, sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear) once opened after delivery.
